Thank you, Dr Daniel Careaga and Staff!!!
I’m one week post-op from my breast implant exchange, and I just wanted to share how great my experience has been: From day one at my first consultation, Dr. Daniel Careaga made me feel so comfortable. He really listened to what I wanted with my implant change and gave me a lot of confidence in the whole process. I had larger implants from a previous experience, and he completely understood what I wanted to achieve. As a healthcare worker, I know how important it is to put yourself in good hands!
What stands out most is that the support didn’t end after surgery. The follow-up care has been exceptional, and his medical assistants and nurses are very informative and caring!!
Although I am only one week into my recovery, I am already so happy with my decision. My new implants feel much more aligned with my body and the look I wanted to achieve.
Front desk was very kind and professional, and helpful the whole time. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon where the staff truly cares

“Excellent experience! I fulfilled my dream of getting breast augmentation a month ago, and the entire process was flawless. From the very first moment, Dr. Rafael Ramos inspired a lot of confidence in me; he took the time to clarify all my doubts and fears, proving to be a very empathetic and considerate person.
The staff is super attentive and kind; they truly make you feel supported at all times. I am happy with the result; it looks super natural, just as I wanted, and the healing has been wonderful; there’s barely a tiny, thin line to show. Furthermore, the post-operative follow-up is excellent, as they schedule several appointments to check that everything is going well, and the facilities are super comfortable and spotless. I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to my surgeon Dr. Daniel Careaga, his team, and the entire clinic staff. From my very first consultation at the end of April 2026 through my surgery June 9 2026, and now 12 days into my recovery, the level of care and attention I have received has truly exceeded my expectations.
Everyone has been exceptional, not only highly professional and skilled, but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive.
My concerns have been always listened to with care, and I have never felt rushed or dismissed. I have felt supported, cared for, and well informed throughout the entire process.
As a nurse, I tend to have a more critical perspective when it comes to standards of care, and I am also aware that in cities like Miami there is sometimes a perception that patients undergoing plastic surgery may experience complications related to aftercare or poor practice. For this reason, I want to emphasize that Careaga Plastic Surgery has been absolutely exceptional in every aspect of my experience.
I also followed this surgeon for over a year before making my decision, until I finally felt confident enough to choose him. I traveled from Tampa specifically because his extensive experience and reputation gave me the trust and confidence to select him as my surgeon.
Although it is still too soon to speak about my final results, I can confidently say that my experience so far has been extremely positive. This review is focused on the care, treatment, and overall experience I have had up to this point, and I would absolutely recommend this surgeon and his entire team based on that.
